The scale is not your best indicator of results on the MC. Sometimes you will lose quite a bit of weight, other times not. I lost 15 total pounds on my first 12 day MC, but only 15 pounds again on my 21 day MC. On my other two 10 day MC's I lost about 10 pounds each. But during the MC's themselves, the weight loss varied. I think on my first one I lost the last five pounds in the last two days. Some days I lost zero, other days I lost two pounds. You really can't use the scale as your yardstick.
In addition, if you don't change your eating habits (assuming you were eating at least somewhat unhealthily) after the MC, you will gain it all back and maybe more.
