If you're not exercising start doing some vigoruos long walks a get some sweating action going on. That will help release more toxins, get you heart rate going and give you energy and help you get some motivation to keep on going. Just think at how good and proud you'll be when you get there not to mention the extra weight an deeper cleansing you'll be getting. You'll feel invincible I tell ya ;+D
