I'm trying...really...I just had another glass of water. I'm a water drinker, and rarely drink anything else other than my morning cup of tea. I just can't seem to drink a lot of it during the day. I drink more of it at night right before bedtime and have a glass on the side of the bed that is emptied by morning. Haven't slept well since the two kids were born and I still get up at night to go to the bathroom from drinking water at night. I think it's a habit of mine left over from the breastfeeding days that I can't shake. Should I have the lemonade mix on the side of the bed instead of the water, you think?
