Lax tea morning and night is fine. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) doesn't taste that bad to me - it's the volume of it that kills. I can usually only force myself to drink about 24 oz.
If you want to increase weightloss, start a good, solid exercise program you'll stick with after you're done fasting. Weight training is quite effective ... but don't neglect the cardio training for great heart health!
Also, be thinking about how you're going to eat post MC. The food you eat really DOES matter.
