Re: how much coconut oil for h.pylori and candida?

What makes you certain that you have a deficiency?

I haven't found much success with coconut oil, but some people swear by it.

That said, curing h.pylori isn't likely to help.

But you could do some trial and error with the anti-candida diet. Keep a food diary and monitor your symptoms. Above all, be patient. It does take time, especially with alternative methods.

Candida diets are not easy to follow since they vary, but the initial cleaning phase with just raw or steams veggies should give you an indication about whether it would help. But, again, I don't know.

It depends on the person. It could be a food allergy or an inability to process certain foods. You just don't know.

Can you smell yourself? If you can, it can help you monitor what's working or any changes in your odor. Simply relying on the responses of others can be very unreliable.
