Re: Heidi vs. Oprah

It's simple MST. False prophets and teachers can put on a grand show. Who could they deceive if they didn't?
Doesn't the scriptures say outwardly they are going to look good, they are going to be wearing "sheep's clothing", are they not?

Matthew 7:15
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves.

My best friend from years ago fooled me. She put on a grand show. I had never had a friend that was so passionate for the Lord, or so it seemed. Even my dad one day said "that girl is so sweet, innocent, and humble that she makes you doubt the fall of man". But it just wasn't so. Clues started coming out and I was shocked. She now lives a full-on lesbian life, and says God approves of that, and that it is not sin whatsoever. And Saywhatagain, if you are reading this, I'm not saying this girl is worse than any other person out there that's living in unrepentant sin of whatever type. I'm saying there's a problem with her living in sin, and saying it's not sin. Just like there's a problem with two straight people living together before marriage, and saying that's not sin.
Anyway, I just make this point to say we can all be fooled. There's a lot more to it than the outward appearance. The devil is more clever than that.
