I see she advises taking Iodine with food to enhance absorption, while Trapper says to take it on an empty stomach, which is what I've been doing (along with salt and companion nutrients). Hmm...?
Anyway, today I added blackstrap molasses to the Lugol's/ SSKI mixture, on the strength of what she said about iodine/iron. Helps the taste a bit. Oh, I put a tablespoon of ACV in there too.
