Could this be chlorine detox?

I moved into a house with well water in May. For years, I had been exposed to heavy chlorination from showers and a swimming pool. I also have hypoT which I treat with Naturethroid and I take 50MG of Lugol's Iodine + protocol. My most recent lab tests shows my Free T4 at .95 and TSH at .03. Endo is lowering my NT dose, but I am feeling every symptom of hypoT. Could I be possibly detoxing from the removal of chlorine? That is the only thing that has changed recently. My TSH was at 10 and dropped like a rock in 3 months. Not sure if that is ok???
