Yep, water cannot be stressed enough while fasting! Without it, the toxins don't get flushed out properly and can make one feel pretty rotten. Exercise is another great way to flush. Oh, and don't fear the SWF! It worked great for me - and the taste wasn't so bad, just that bloated feeling the last 8 oz. or so.
Meanwhile, I've stowed my scale under my bed. Since I usually weigh myself in the bathroom, I now just indulge my laziness and refuse to pull it back out! LOL God bless!!
