No. You cannot eat anything if you want to be healthy.

It is normal to poo once per day. Constipation is taking more than 1 day to poo. If your urine is yellow, you need to drink a LOT more water.

I don't take enemas. We don't need them if our immune system is healthy.

Healing does NOT come until we boost our immune system by every means possible. "Everybody" totally ignores our VITAL immune system.

I do not have any advice for treating candida. The problem with treating Candida is that it can bloom a LOT FASTER then you can possibly treat it.

I suggest the thing you do first is to focus on your diet & immune system. Then Candida will take care of itself.
