Does anyone have any suggestions for rehydrating my colon? I'm chronicallly constipated with dry hard stools, take senna and magnesium to go to the bathroom. These things end up dehydrating me more, so there's little hydration in my colon. Water doesn't help, it simply irrigates not hydrate. Oils help but I'd have to take a ton. Fruit juices help but taking enough to make a difference cause my blood Sugar to spike too much. any thoughts to rehydrate myself enough to avoid constipation and dry stools?
