Daily salt requirements vs salt pushes
Can someone clarify the importance of
Sea Salt while on Lugol's? I have read so many articles that my head is swimming. I have read that I need 1/4 tsp of
Sea Salt a day to help rid my body of toxins, but then I also should do salt pushes, which is the same amount 1/4 tsp. So does that mean I end up taking1/2 tsp daily? Also, if I do a 2nd or 3rd round of a salt push, that would put me up to 1 to 2 tsp of salt, is that okay? Because of believing for years that salt is bad, I feel so weird even guilty about taking the salt. I need to retrain my brain! However, I do feel bloated a lot even though I am drinking about 60
oz of pure water a day.I actually like salt and don't mind drinking it dissolved in water or sprinkling it on veggies, but I want to make sure I'm doing it right because the bloating doesn't feel good to me. Thank you!
