It gags me! But I found a trick to get it down, no prob. Squeeze half a lemon into a glass, then put a Tablespoon of the ES in it and swish it around to dissolve the salts. Then, set up one hand with water, and with the other swish it back like a shot of jagermeister (yuk) sucking it all the way back to the very back of your throat, don't let it touch your tongue, then guzzle down the water, make sure you drink at least 8 oz of water after and you're good to go. I was skipping my last morning dose cause just couldn't get it down but now it's no prob
