Not enough lemonade or enough water! For sure the water intake has to be higher. If you are 40 pounds overweight, then most certainly 48 oz. of water is not half your weight. You should drink at the very least 1/2 your weight in water everyday, then at the LEAST 48 oz. of lemonade - otherwise the body goes into "store" mode and won't let go of its fat stores. I suspect you might have detoxed a bit, but perhaps not too much since a lot of toxins reside in fat cells. Next time DRINK, DRINK, DRINK!!
