Best general Parasite cleanse

So I think that I might have a parasite problem. So if I did have parasites but didnt know what kind, what would be the best method to rid one's self?

I was thinking about trying Humaworm, but am open to suggestions. I would rather stay w/ a natural medicine, instead of prescription or OTC drugs.

I also know about the walnut hull, Wormwood , and clove mixture, but I've heard about them spreading throughout the body to avoid them. So what would be the best treatment against that? If they did move to a different part of your body, is there anything effective to kill them once there?

I also have turmeric powder, garlic (raw), cayenne pepper powder(seasoning brand), and Lugols 2% Iodine that I try to take in random rotations throughout the week.
