Thanks for the reply! Yeah, it really is about substituting something in place of the mealtime routine. It seems like I have 2 crises a day (mealtimes) and once I make it safely past those I am safe. I've never been a breakfast eater, which is why only 2 crises. I could make it a habit to go for a walk at dinnertime, huh? With my hubby on deployment anyway, I am pretty much throwing together something simple for my daughter instead of doing any real cooking. I could feed her and then take the dogs for a walk each evening. :-)
