Jane, I just saw your message, so I'm sorry to be slow in responding too.
I applaud you for treating your cancer with alternative treatments. This is what I would do too.
The conventional cancer treatments scare me to death. I've seen horrible suffering with chemo, radiation, and the other drugs that are prescribed along with all that too. My heart goes out to anyone that goes through that suffering. I know so many just don't know of another way and they are scared and wouldn't know where to begin with alternative treatments, since that sure can be a confusing road to go on with all the massive amount of information out there. But it sounds like you have learned a lot and have a good plan. My aunt is going the conventional route, but also adding on a lot of alternative things. She's done with the chemo and radiation at this point and now she's just hoping and praying it doesn't come back and doing all she can with her diet, supplements, etc. to help prevent it from coming back. She's got a great attitude and she's trying to savor the days since she knows there is no assurance that she'll beat this.
But yes, be aggressive with your cancer. Do all you can with the strength and knowledge the Lord gives you. Pray unceasingly and trust Him with all the days of your life.
I will continue to pray for you too and I'm glad to hear that you and your brother are back to normal, at least for now, and hopefully that will continue!
