Need help daughter still battling pinworms.

I need some guidance, I have been trying to cure my daughter of a pinworm infection for months but I have been unable to break their life cycle. First I gave her pyrantel one dose then repeated 2 weeks. After that didn't work I tried the mebendazole after several one dose treatments 10 days apart it was apparent it wasn't working. Moved onto one dose for 4 consecutive days rest 7 repeat per the protocol on here no luck. Now my last attempt was one tab twice a day for three days repeat after 7 day rest. This cleared the initial inf but the repeat round failed to get the newly hatched worms. Another user Soly047 suggested 2 tabs twice a day for 3 days or 1 tab twice a day for a week. I am considering this, I just don't know where to go from here. Also, on a mothering forum I am on a mom said she always got rid of these in her kids with one dose of ivermectin then repeat in 10 days. Could I use this on my daughter? She's 6 and weighs 36 pounds(16kg)
