hi thank you for your advice..do you have a good parasite cleanse you can recommend (that is not too expensive)

I am doing the Iodine protocol..this is my 3rd day on it --working up the dose gradually.

I plan on returning to Liver Flush and Colon Cleanse etc I am using celtic Sea Salt and Himalayan pink Sea Salt (now daily with the Iodine protocol)

I will look into the coke liver flush, b 1 vitamin but cant afford the distilled water as I drink so much. but am using filtered water I may see if sister who just moved to a house with water softened well water might share some of her water with me as at least no fluoride or chlorine. but I suppose ground water is not what it used to be and may be worst.

Maybe I can get some distilled and use along with the filtered water.

let me think about what you said. I already bought a lot of stuff like 4 months worth of modified citrus pectin to try to stop metastasis, Iodine protocol, chaparral, detox formulas, and a lot more so probably will add things I feel are good. I have not yet gone through all the stuff people suggested to see which seems best for me I probably will be doing too much which is stressful.

I should pick the ten most important and be sure to do those ever day and the others if I forget or do not have time can do or not do according to that day.

I guess identifying and listing the most important and being sure to do each day and then the other stuff if I have time or can afford is a good idea
