this may very well be a sign that you have low mineral stores--which simply means that you likely had them before, and the cleansing of the fast just kick-started the body into now wanting to build up its stores.
There is no problem with eating as much as you want for a while. But here's the thing--IF you make sure what you eat is nutrient-dense and plant-based, as per "Natural Hygiene" ways of approaching food. You will, at a certain point, slow down. And then, will need less and less,
IF, on the other hand, you are wanting to taste any- and everything, or are in the thrall of some loved foods which are not so natural, this too, is a form of the body seeking after nutrients, combined with your own cravings, etc.
Make sue you are getting enough good oils, coconut oil, olive oil, avocados, if you like them, nuts... and lots of good fruits and veg. and seeds.
You might want to do a CZ search on "High Brix", which results will go a long way to explaining why we sometimes want to eat so much--it is really the body's craving for high-density nutrition--a strong mineral profile ,and food-based nutrition is best, rather than supplemental.
My experience has been that the higher-brix the produce (fruit and veg. nuts and seeds) , the less I need to eat of them. Some of the non-stop desire to eat must be held in check, though.

It may be that the body goes into instinctual mode, and wants to stock up for the next "famine" (fast). So, it takes some discernment to figure out what is going on--we are all different, but some things we share--but don't worry. There is no reason to.
