Correct amount of B3

The product info for ATP Cofactors on the Amazon site says 1 tablet contains 500mg of Niacin as inositol hexanicotinate.

I have been substituting 1 ATP cofactors tablet with 500mg of B3 and 100mg of B2.

The trouble is the B3 I bought is listed as flush-free Niacin as inositol hexanicotinate and comes in 500mg tablets. So I assumed that I was getting 500mg of Niacin. But now looking at the label, it contains:

Niacin (as inositol hexanicotinate) 400 mg

Inositol (as inositol hexanicotinate) 100 mg

So I have been getting only 400mg of Niacin per tablet.

So does the protocol call for 500mg of Niacin or 500mg of inositol hexanicotinate?

How do you get around this without having to buy the expensive ATP cofactors? Thx
