We eat processed food, or ready food too much! Try make simple food from raw material, which can be very fast and yummy. I never go to restaurants, for I cook better. The most simple food is to brat: a bit oil, cooking wine, seasoning, cover for 10minutes, you get fish, steak, anything you want, juicy and yummy. If you want to eat more veggies, cook some of them , heat up oil, throw some green onions , ginger, peppercorn, the throw the veggies in, stir a little bit , add bit cooking wine, for root,roots, you cook with water.put medeterian herbs in, like parsley, oregano, gosh, German words in my mind!basil, for meat, put tarragon, majoran Rosemarie, thyme, etc. too many!
