i also started upping my selenium to 400 mcg a day and thats what i'v been taking for the past few days. i figured i would wait a couple weeks from when i started to c about going higher based on how i felt.
i was thinking of jumping into more cause i usually dive into things head first but for some reason high selenium scares me.
if 800 mcg is safe then i think i'l start that tomorrow.
is this the amount u take? any experience u can share with us on it?
i'v been feeling brain foggy, not sleeping well, and low energy lately and thought that not enough selenium might be the cause.
i'v been taking Iodine for only a couple months at 100mg a day.
