Re: Rant

I don't feel that you are experiencing anything different than many other people. There are certainly many reasons to become overly anxious in this world, especially considering what it has become in the past few years.

I have had many instances of anxiety disorder and more panic attacks than I care to remember, being medicated on xanax a handful of times, after it was unbearable and led to circulation problems and the numbing of my limbs..

Through research I learned that some of us are simply pre-disposed to certain conditions for a variety of reasons, one of which being that the receptors in our brain are completely individualistic and unique and grow and respond differently for everyone.

for some of us the deck is stacked against us, unfortunately. For me, learning about neurochemistry and how serotinin, dopamine, norepenephrin and the lot are formed from the amino acids in our food helped me tremendously. As my baseline is different than most, I need to take amino supplements to be at the same level..

You can learn a lot about this by reading. One good book is available for free online now: www.thewayup.com

Anyway, as far as your analysis of the causes of your anxiety and those around you, I don't put much stock in such things..no offense intended. everytime I have been in a anxious or depressed phase, my analysis turned out to be false.. as the computer making the analysis was unhealthy and unhappy.. or to be more clear: completey biased and flawed.

I would suggest focusing on your diet, exercising, alkalinizing, and you might start to feel a lot different and consider the victimizations to be far less..

As it's harder to stay healthy as we age, or rather usually takes more to achieve the same effects, it makes perfect sense that such things seem to be worse than they once were.

believe me, no one is judging you as much as you are judging yourself. no one cares as much as we do in our own head. it's not so much opinion as it is the human condition. i say, eat better, take supplements, exercise, and you may notice big changes.

just a suggestion, but it has worked great for me.

wishing you well,

brian
