have you had a chance to see "Supersize Me"? (great movie) if not, it's a documentary film in which the subject/writer etc. decides to eat McDonalds and only McDonalds 3 times a day for 30 days to test their claim the McD's food is not bad for you, it's healthy!!!
well...my point...after a few days he would get headaches so bad...and feel so low...and began to crave this crap food after a while!! he said he felt much better after he had Mickey D's!!! because the ingredients they put in the "food" (sugar, caffeine...carbs??) are ADDICTIVE! what are addicts doing when they go through withdrawl but CRAVING the substance that they have become dependent on.
you don't crave a cigarette if you've never had one, right? or alcohol either.
