Recent enhancements

I've upgraded the MP3 audio to also include Apple Lossless (ALAC) and Free Lossless (FLAC) audio. These lossless audio files compress much smaller with computer generated audio while not losing or distorting the signal.

I've also added the ability to create your own custom frequency file. Currently only MP3 creation is available, but ALAC and FLAC will be coming soon.

I've added support a Lilly wave version of the existing audio files. The existing files are a pulse wave. The Lilly wave wave invented by neuroscientist John C. Lilly.
