Just flush your liver every 2-3 weeks and it will, after several flushes or several months, normalize liver function.

Consider also home made yogurt and kefir, instead of just only milk, and instead of probiotic capsules.

Yogurt culture digests lactose making milk easier to digest.
Also, do some yogurt enemas, to help your microbiota directly.
