I take 6g vitamin C (3 lipo+3 ascorbic acid), 1500 panthetine, 1500 pantothenic acid, 400mg magnesium, 400mg Q10, acetyl-l carnitine, d-ribose, fish oil, vitamin D and some antioxidats by rotation.
