Be really slow on the wean, it may take you more than a year , probably two for both of them.

studies have shown 5mg of Lex stimulates cortisol output by double, so its kinda like having ten coffees, a pack of marlboros, some cocaine and a little speed all for breakfast, kinda like saying 'god damn adrenals you man up now!!:)

Sounds like you may have had a similar journey to me, hit CFS, dr's dont know what to do, so prescribe there poisons that stimuate then bring you down later on, then AF comes about while on the drugs, and coming off them makes it so much worse. Im glad im off all meds, but it was a rough ride. Tweet
