The dosage for Lugols Iodine must be a higher than normal RDA dose. Small microgram doses of Iodine from kelp don't work. You need higher mg dosages for low thyroid and against candida. See these LI dosage and companion nutrient guidelines:

Below is the protocol I successfully used against my own serious systemic candida issues. This protocol has also worked for other people.
