Ive only taken small amounts in the past because I detest the taste of coconut so much... so I never noticed any weight gain from it.
I wish I could eat a couple tablespoons a day like you.. I used to take a teaspoon and then quickly chase it with a gulp of pepsi to get the taste out of my mouth
if anybody has any ideas thatll let me neutralize the taste of coconut id love to hear them myself.
