Started Iodine 28 days ago. Stayed at 150-175mg for a week until 5 days ago. I was able to manage the low Iodine symptoms like palpitations, fatigue and cold extremities pretty well. Which means 175mg was all I needed to keep me normal and warm-fingered all day.
Then 5 days ago, I started feeling tired and cold hands and feet again at night, I started adding 25mg more at intervals. I ended up at around 225-250mg now. It's been like that for 5 days but it seems like it's not enough anymore. For example, I'm up to 275mg today and my hands and feet are still cold. What's going on? is the body demanding more Iodine now that it has the taste for it? Did I cross a threshold or something?
