I'm not sure if addressing a possible tapeworm in the pancreas would be enough but it very well could be. However, if you that's not working for you or if you want to hit it from the topical angle I would try the duct tape method (with great resolve) along with soaking the wart in epsom salts, picking it out with tweezers and using salicyclic acid pads. This all worked for me after struggling with one for two years. I posted about it over in the warts forum a couple months ago, but have since totally eradicated my plantar wart. I wrote about it and attached before and after pics on a blog I created on the subject.
