Tomorrow DOES come... we just don't always realize it. :)
I relate to so much of what everyone has said in this thread in regard to eating AFTER the fast. I've been doing really well, but I still have cookie cravings I want to get rid of (I seem to have mastered the chocolate - hurray!).
I am also coming to believe that carbs - even that from vegetables - don't agree with my body. It can get frustrating.
I'm planning on starting another fast soon in an effort to release these cravings and hopefully rid myself of a sinus issue I've had for a few years.
But I digress...
My Father used to say, "NOW is the time. Don't wait another day."
A friend recently said to me, "As human beings, we are bigger than our excuses."
And in the wise words of Yoda, "Do, or do not. There is no try."
