white shark great post! for me a 99% agree with everything you have said... i believe ec is cureable through natural approaches for everybody although some people might take 3 months or 9 months if they stick by it and no cheating they will get there! im so pumped iv gone healthy following the aip diet and also supplementing with pro biotics and vitmamins this month im going to concetrate on gym and lots of running(sweating) im also tempted to do a few Liver Flushes will read into it... my father and his parents were anti-biotic freaks.. so i pressume bad gut flora runs in the family the funny thing for me is i got this about 1 month after takeing anti-biotics so there could be a connection for me... and i did take about 4 rounds during the ages 18-22. ec started at 21 for me.. anyways im now into my 12 week of strict aip and i cant wait to get to around the 6 month period im quite confident i will be seeing great results by then! thanks in adv Acne and if i dont have success i will be sure to let everybody know! you should check out paleomom her website goes into detail about gut health and how to heal the gut!
