IMO i was Iodine deficient being vegan . Thats it. And regarding the Probs i ve had : rising TSH , itchy legs PMS . So far TSH improved , itchy legs as well. So Iodine seems to work.
My liver levels and cholesterol only raised while taking iodine. Not while being vegan.
If i wouldnt see improvements i d might Consider Other Things. Time will Tell
