When I didn't feel like cranking up the BBQ for grillin I have also used the marinade on the fish then poached it in a pan with white cooking wine with a cover on it.
For broiling Mahi Mahi I mix 50/50 lime juice with Sake and add ginger and tamari. Marinade it for a while then slice up some onions and lime sand put them over the fish and stick it in the broiler. Maravilloso!!
