Looks great!! I had the dorado dry rubbed with (you guessed it) cheyenne!! Oh it was so good! And baby greens with organic flaxseed oil and (you guessed it) lime! Unbelievable. Dorado caught yesterday. Wow.
I am having the marinade maŮana--I got a bag of perfectly filleted big thick white-meaty chunks to cook up tomorrow. Breakfast, right!?
