Group Outings & Some Surveys

Random idea, but have any of you met others from the forums? If so, do you recall getting any reactions from people?

I have meet several and I don't recall ever getting a bad reaction from anyone. I don't know why, but sometimes I think people react to be mean and hateful, moreover to signal that you stink. It's mostly signaling, not involuntary reactions.

My real question is, if you HAVE gotten responses from others while out with someone from the boards/forums, have you ever asked them (privately) if they smelled you? It would be great if they could detail what it was they smelled.

I've never been brave enough to ask, recently. I have asked acquaintances (in the beginning) who have of course denied smelling anything. People hate being confronted, even in private or passing, it seems.

It would be interesting if we could survey folks about the odor they smell.
