I would suggest testing with Parawellness which is about $300 - they are the only lab that has found things after everyone else failed but that is no guarantee for you.
Or look at the images in the link I provided, many of these have pictures to identify. Post the link of the image you referenced, I would like to see it.
Again it is the ova that the labs look for. Even if it is identified does this really help? Assuming the problem are helminths (not bacteria, protozoa or fungal issues) then most will be killed off by the general type of drugs. I am sure there are exceptions such as tapes and others.
Regarding the medical system, you are absolutely correct, for the most part it is a worthless trek but they are a necessary evil. The trick is to find the right point to exit from their grip.
