OT. Since childhood I always had trouble with my ears, sinus. Used to think it was a tooth infection and rinsed with salt water. Since I lived in the Netherlands I used a lot of licorice for my sore throat.
In my 60ties I started Liver Flushing and my head ache was unbearable after the flush. Don't know why, 3 months later no more sinus trouble
after doing flushes every 2 weeks. I think it might have been allergy related. Other people have tried it for allergies, but depending on the problem it does not always work. Worth to try it. Good to know about the Quercetin which is good for heart support too. I just ordered some since for the first time in more than 10 years the last few weeks I have had trouble with my sinuses, don't know why or since I am now in Florida and may be the air is different.
