Blue light circle through pituitary?

Hey Mh<

sometimes when i look unconsciously somewhere
on the wall i see a blue circle reflecting to the wall?
Its coming from me
Is this from energy to the pituitary gland?


This gets more tense when i am on oranges only>
When on fasting and generally good vibrant moments i see
some white little stuff going really fast through the room>

What are these?Is just tricks of the eye?
