Thanks for the reply. I have read the book and refer to it often. That was just something I was unclear about, but I will check out the website, thanks. I am planning on going 10 days but I am leaving myself open to the possibility of going longer. Today was a little rough for me too. Dinner is the hardest time, prepaing meals. I make myself do it so that it will, hopefully, make me stronger in tough situations that I am not planning on.
How long are you planning on fasting?
