Re: Taking pituitary glandular equal setbacks in AF recovery, insomnia and anxiety?

Yeah that´s what I thought, we will never be completely healthy (we probably were born unhealthy from a psychological and stress response standpoint). It is important to draw the line and go into acceptance. We can get well again and do what we want to some extent, but always living in a managed way to avoid getting ill again.

Not that I want to be bathing in Coca Cola and Doritos while attending to music festivals where music hits you like a storm and you push your body to the limit, sleeping like shit and consuming brain frying substances but I would like to be ABLE to do it, if you know what I mean. And that is just one scenario that came to mind, healthy people find other pleasuring ways to use their "health points".

I just remember when I could eat anything, do almost anything... even if I was like that again I would chose to live healthy but indulging in some not-so-healthy but FUN activities.
