Buying B2 and B3 to substitute ATP Cofactors

5th day doing Iodine supplement. I'm already up to 50mg. Looked up the ATP cofactors and it's gonna take another week to get here.

There's a sale at my local Vitamine Shoppe right now for B2 (100mg) and non-flush B3 (250mg). I'm thinking I can just take 1 B2 and 2 B3 and it will be just like the ATP cofactors. What do you think?

Btw, the ATP cofactors are kinda pricey compared to buying the vitamins separately.
