This is my 4th day, I started on 12.5mg, then 25 then 40... Nothing bad so far... except for the annoying puffy face that has been persisting since before taking iodine.
I have been taking all the recommended co-supplements except for the ATP cofactors... wonder if that'll make a difference.
Thinking of jumping to 50 then 100 pretty soon. I don't like having low energy in the evening and want to get out of this zone as soon as possible. Thanks for doing it first...You're still doing OK with your high dosage?
