I would add that getting rid of adult parasitic worms and others harmful organisms so the load is low and does not produce annoying symptoms must be done regularly.
Considering that doctors do not consider a parasitic worms infection until the load becomes too high and causes annoying symptoms, and considering labs analyzes are not reliable to find a parasitic infection depending on the load and on the kind, i don't know how you can classify somebody to "be fully recovered".
