We are all humans and all have made mistakes with health...that's why we found curezone...to correct something that went bad
many theorys out there and they all work for some people to a certain degree but we are all complex and have different background and emotional experiences...
some say stress is the worst thing for gut flora and no how many probiotics you take or kefir or sauerkraut...stress has to be addressed....might be my underlying issue
I had a really stressful time 7 years ago and soon after my liver enzymes went up and I started having spots on my side...congested liver
could have been from a poison or stress which both are bad for the liver along with a typical college diet
well the digestive issues showed up 2 years later...but it was the LIVER that went down first...
according to Dr Sutter....he told me my liver was poisoned somehow and that shut down bile which led to acid insides which led to overgrowth of yeast and bacteria because food wasn't being digested and that led to inflammation and so on...makes sense to me
so im on this road trying to get back to where I should be, and hopeing others can help too...learned a lot from this forum...I love it
I have taken lots of chlorella and cilantro...try to eat as well as I can...avoid MD at all costs...have taken many kefirs and sauerkraut juice...maybe it helps?
I have heard that too many probiotics cause too much bacteria so when dealing with bacteria overgrowth...adding more does sound counterproductive...
I try my best to transition to mostly fruits...but the body speaks to you and sometimes its not as easy as we want to believe
