Yes thats what sold it for me, although Dr Neville is not an MD like Poesnecker was, he worked for many years as his right hand man, and personally I think direct experience of such a length of time is more valuable than an MD who dosent specialise in an area. A good doctor will always accept that the paitent, who has suffered with a condition for a length of time knows more about the condition than they do.
The Schwarbien Principal I feel is a must as well, it helps take the guess work amount of getting the perfect balance of food groups. Its the diet Lam, Wilson etc all advocate (but obviously turn it into their own version for marketing!). It isnt high fat, nor low carb, its about balance for the endocrine system to avoid any stressors and to restore harmony and balance. Been working wonders for me!
