If you feel generally okay, i'd continue. Seven days is fine, a good length, and won't cause you any dangerous weight loss - you can make it back anyway, and better quality weight, with careful mineral-dense plant-based foods.
Runny nose indicates you ought to continue, anyway.
It's just a sign that the body is busy with housecleaning.
Always try to break a fast on an 'up'. It makes a world of difference. (and stay away from the scale) If you quit on seven or eight days, none of this weight loss matters.
